Melissa Cardoza
I was born, raised, and currently live in Miami, Florida and am a wife and mother to the two most amazing (and adorable) boys. My family is what drives and motivates me every single day to be the best version of myself that I can be.
I am a big foodie and will try anything at least once, love to travel, love to workout and a fun fact about me is that I started playing piano when I was just 4 years old, and began teaching piano was I was just 14.
As the founder and CEO of The Luxe Assistant Co., the success of my company, employees, clients, and their businesses is one of my main motivators day in and day out. I love the constant impact we have on our clients and their lives and businesses but also the impact they have on me and my team. We spend every day working to achieve the highest quality of work we can provide alongside learning something new every day.
My dreams are to grow The Luxe Assistant Co. to be a household name among small to midsize business owners with Luxe Assistants across multiple states and to ensure all of my employees grow and learn along with me.
