The Luxe Assistant was opened by Melissa in 2020. Melissa had experience before then working for another virtual assistance company, and prior to that, in banking.
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed all major holidays.

Absolutely! A large number of our clients use us across the board and will have us overseeing their businesses, managing their personal lives and more. This can all be discussed in your initial consultation.
The only additional fees would be for systems that are required for your business. An example would be a subscription for Quickbooks, Clickup, or any other systems would be paid by the client and not covered by our monthly fee.

The Luxe Assistant Co. understands the importance and sensitivity of managing the businesses and personal lives of our clients. Due to this, we include non-disclosure agreements among several other clauses in our contracts for the protection and peace of mind of our clients.
