When was The Luxe Assistant opened?

The Luxe Assistant was opened by Melissa in 2020. Melissa had experience before then working for another virtual assistance company, and prior to that, in banking.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed all major holidays.

Do you have a general inbox I can message if i have a question or request?

Absolutely! Our general email inbox is support@luxeassistant.co and our office number is (786) 708-8066 which receives calls and texts.

Can I follow you on social media?

i'm not sure if this is right for me. how much is the initial consultation?

Free! We understand these types of services are new, and although we are confident we can provide the absolute best services, we understand that there are questions and concerns. Because of this, your initial consultation with our CEO is completely free of charge.

What if I don't see what I need on your list of services?

Ask us! We take care of so much and have experience in so many different industries, it's almost impossible to list it all.

Can I mix multiple services?

Absolutely! A large number of our clients use us across the board and will have us overseeing their businesses, managing their personal lives and more. This can all be discussed in your initial consultation.

Are there any fees in addition to your monthly fee?

The only additional fees would be for systems that are required for your business. An example would be a subscription for Quickbooks, Clickup, or any other systems would be paid by the client and not covered by our monthly fee.

I love your method of working and organization, can you train my employees?

Absolutely. Our CEO offers consulting and training for established businesses to implement and streamline organization processes and procedures. Contact us for more information.

How will i know my information will be kept private?

The Luxe Assistant Co. understands the importance and sensitivity of managing the businesses and personal lives of our clients. Due to this, we include non-disclosure agreements among several other clauses in our contracts for the protection and peace of mind of our clients.

Do you have experience working with athletes or those in the entertainment
