At TLAC, we utilize a system that allows us to time all of our work, by task, by client, and these monthly timing reports are included, if requested, with the financial reports, so you can also be informed of the time involved with you and your family. These fees are subject to increase based on a review of actual demand of our work based on the average amount of hours timed.

  • Bookkeeping
    • Please Note: Monthly fees for bookkeeping vary based on the amount of accounts, credit cards, loans as well as how many transactions a month there are for each account
  • Monthly Budgeting and Financial Analysis
  • Bill Payment of all personal bills
  • Sales Taxes and other reporting requirements for commercial rental properties
  • Reconciliation
  • Property Administration including dealing with tenants, rent collection, leases, etc.
  • Work with an accountant of choice of our clients or provide our own partner CPA office 
  • Receiving of all mail correspondence to our PO Box to easily manage bills, respond to all correspondence, pay, deposit, follow up, scan and file accordingly
  • Digital record keeping of all physical receipts sent by clients by year month, type of account, etc.
    • ***all our records are digital. Any document received is scanned, processed, and securely shredded.*** 
  • W9 collection
  • Assistance with lowering current monthly bills including review of insurance and other bills
  • Assistance with renovation projects
  • Assistance with relocation
  • Any and All Personal Assistance Needs – If it’s something beyond our scope of work, we will find the absolute best person to handle the task and oversee the project from A to Z
  • Note: Client is responsible to pay for the subscription of different programs and services that might be required to obtain in order to better establish the most productive services and organizational procedures.
